Precognox – Personalized Learning That Delivers Measurable Results
Before partnering with SmartLingo, Precognox worked with an external language tutor who was well-liked but unable to produce significant progress across the team. After conducting a detailed needs analysis, we deployed experienced tutors aligned with each learner’s goals and skill level. Within a year, over half of the participants improved by at least one full CEFR level. Attendance consistently exceeds 95%, and learner engagement and satisfaction are outstanding. The program continues to grow organically, with more employees voluntarily joining due to the program’s effectiveness, flexibility, and high degree of personalization.
BOS Automotive – From Language Barriers to Business Confidence
As a company with strong German roots, BOS Automotive faced challenges in raising English proficiency across various departments. Most learners began with limited English knowledge, while a few had stronger foundations. We designed an individualized training roadmap and quickly achieved impressive progress. The result: zero dropouts, consistently high attendance and engagement, and excellent feedback from both BOS’s internal HR surveys and our own assessments. Profirent – Evolving from Perk to Purposeful Upskilling
Initially introduced as an employee benefit, our English training program at Profirent has evolved into a strategic upskilling initiative. One of the first participants set a personal goal to reach a much higher level of proficiency and earn a formal certification. We supported this ambition with focused training, and they achieved success. Encouraged by the results, the company is now exploring broader participation after the summer. Word of mouth has played a key role—new learners have joined simply because of the strong internal reputation the program has built.
